3 cups vegetable juice cocktail

1/2 tsp. hot sauce, or more to taste

3 Tbsp. red wine vinegar

1 Tbsp. olive oil

2 cups seeded, chopped tomatoes (red and yellow)

1 cup diced cucumber

1 ripe medium avocado, diced

1 cup diced red bell pepper

3/4 cup chopped red onion

1 or 2 cloves garlic, minced

In a large bowl, mix all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate until chilled (at least 3 hours).

Makes 4 servings.
