Braising Greens and Garlic

Ingredients:
Braising greens
EVOO (Extra Virgin Olive Oil)
Garlic
Vegetable or chicken stock
Salt and Pepper
Balsamic Vinegar if so desired
Instructions:
Coarsely chop braising greens after washing thorougly.
Heat a non stick skillit with 1-2TBSP of EVOO. Add 2-3 cloves of minced garlic, cook for 1-2 minutes. Add the greens and sautee til wilted. Pour 1/8 cup of vegetable or chicken stock over the greens and continue to cook until the liquid evaporates.
Add salt and pepper to taste. May drizzle with 1/2 tsp of balsamic vinegar for added flavor.
