Braising Mix With Quinoa

Quinoa (one serving is 1/3 cup)
Water (one serving is 2/3 cup) stock/bouillon flavoring (one will flavor plenty for four servings).
Sometimes I use spinach and some garlic sauteed in oil, and add crumbled feta cheese right before serving.
Wash greens and remove tougher stems. Place in large saucepan and cover with lid. Turn burner on to high and allow greens to cook/steam. I did not add any extra liquid. After a few minutes when they are tender, add quinoa with water (1:2 ratio). Add one bouillon cube (or Herbox-low sodium packet). Stir, reduce temp to low/simmer. Cook for approx 15 minutes. Fluff with fork before serving.
