Broiled Parmesan Tomatoes

Salt and pepper
EVOO (Extra Virgin Olive Oil)
Cut tomatoes into 1/4 inch sections. Place on a cookie sheet on tinfoil. Season with salt and pepper. Drizzle with olive oil and top with bread crumbs, italian seasoning and parmesan cheese.
Bake at 375 for 15 - 20 minutes or until cheese browns.
