Maple Roasted Root Veggies by Chef Danny Coulter

Ingredients:

Turnips
Sweet Potatoes
Maple Syrup
Olive Oil
Salt

Instructions:

Wash and peel turnips and sweet potatoes (with turnip pieces slightly bigger than potatoes as they tend to be more tender).

Place in a baking dish, drizzle with 3TBSP good maple syrup, 1TBSP of EVOO and sea salt.

Bake on 375 for 45 mins to an hour, or until fork tender.
