Some of Our Favorites

Cordray's Meat Processing and Beef CSA is the perfect place to expand your daily menu with the best of fresh, natural, and local food.

"For many years, Cordray Farms in Ravenel has hand raised cattle for our own use. Now we'd like to raise cattle for your family.

Our Beef is all natural, grass raised and grain finished, and has that distinct, unique, old-time flavor. It is available fresh and frozen in our store from August to January; Beef Shares (1/8 of a cow-about 55 lbs.) or Sides (1/2 a cow-nearly 300 lbs) are available for pickup on our farm in the off-season, January through July. Shares or Sides include steaks, roasts, and burger and cut, vacuum packed, and frozen in family-sized portions, except the steaks, which are vacuum packed and frozen individually. Ground Meat is packaged in 1lb. packages.

We know our cattle-from their ancestry to what they’ve eaten, where they’ve been, who’s handled them. Our quality is excellent besides being LOCAL. Visit our website, www.cordrays.com, or call 843.766.7922 for more information."
