Steamed Radishes

Ingredients:

Radishes
Butter
Salt
Pepper

Instructions:

Cut the ends off the radishes, wash, and cut in half. Using stacked steaming pots, boil water in the bottom pot. When water comes to a rolling boil, add radishes to steamer pot. Cook until fork tender. Toss radishes with melted butter, salt, and pepper to taste.
