Thai Cucumber Radish Salad

1/2 cup Rice Wine Vinegar
3 tbls. Sugar
2 tbls. Canola oil
1 tsp. Crushed red pepper flakes
20 Basil leaves sliced thinly
1 English Cucmber thinly sliced

1 lb. Radishes thinly sliced
1 Red bellpepper thinly sliced


Combine vinegar, sugar, oil, red pepper, and basil. Mix well with a wisk until the sugar desolves.

Add cucumbers, radishes & peppers to liquid and chill.
