Turnip or Radish AuGratin

Slice Turnips or Radishes to fill your baking dish and layer lightly (Recipe is for 9X13)

1 1/2 qt Heavy cream
1 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
1/2 cup Marsala to taste
Roux(for thickening)
Nutmeg & clove to taste
Salt & White Pepper to taste


Heat cream slowly. Add Marsala. Add Roux to thicken to medium thickness. Seasons with Nutmeg and Cloves to taste. Add Cheese, salt and white pepper. Pour over veggies and bake at 350 for about 3 hours.
